This site is a platform designed as a “Co-Registry Service,” where Gottingham and his collaborators can each register information about photographic works. All users can search by collaborator name to view titles and images of photographic works registered or updated by Gottingham. The service also features images of exhibitions of original prints, publications, and other use examples. Collaborators (users with licenses to photographic works) can find the most up-to-date rights and attributions for use in layouts, and can register their layouts as use examples. By visualizing and objectifying the interrelationship between Gottingham and his collaborators, this service shows how photographs stand alone and circulate.

Established in 2012, with the objective of managing the copyright and production management of photographer Gotingham, the company focuses on collaboration and commission-based projects. It provides photo licensing services to art museums, museums, academic institutions, architecture firms, fashion brands, and cutting-edge corporations. In addition, through the study of original prints and archiving of public installations, it contributes to Gotingham’s practice.

“Photographer Gotingham,” who began activity in the early 2010s, is an alias of Sugiyama Gousuke (artist, art manager, born in 1982), and a reframing　project that explores the subjectivity of photography through self-referentiality. He features procedural production methods and dramatic, translational photographic expression, continuing to present works in the fields of art, architecture, and design.
